This dressing has been part of Joan’s repertoire for over 20 years. Its a true favorite and is adopted by many as their standard. So simple, but so good!
- 4 cloves mashed garlic
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 4 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp chopped tarragon or dill (optional)
Put it all in a bottle or jar with a lid and
Shake it up baby…and you’re done!
