Hammertown Barn proudly announces that Paul Chaleff, internationally recognized ceramicist, has created a collection of functional porcelain platters and vessels for Hammertown.
Paul’s works can be found in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, The Smithsonian Institution, The Los Angeles County Museum of Art and in over twenty other major museum collections across the United States.
Though Paul is known for colossal scale in ceramic sculpture and vessels, this Collection at Hammertown is priced (and sized) for local consumption and is produced locally at the Chaleff Studio in Ancram, NY.
Currently, the Chaleff Collection is on display at the Barn. The response has been wonderful so we’re planning on bringing it to all three of our stores.
