While there are still some wonderful summer evenings left, try this white sangria. Once again, this great recipe is from my friend, Vicki (The Good Table in Maine) It’s delicious and it looks fantastic in a big glass punchbowl or pitcher. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 3 bottles Pinot Grigio wine
- 1/3 cup brandy
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup orange liqueur
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled pitted and cut into 1″ cubes
- 3 ripe gala apples cut into slices
- 1 lime thinly sliced
Directions:
1. In a large pitcher combine wine, brandy and orange liqueur. Stir or shake pitcher to mix thoroughly.
2. If serving in a punch bowl, transfer this mixture into the bowl then add all the fruit to it.
3. Let sit refrigerated for 1 hour before serving.
