Reserve the babysitter, and get your taste buds ready, Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is just around the corner. Running from March 15 through 28, Restaurant Week is a two-week celebration of the region’s culinary prowess. More than 125 restaurants up and down the Hudson Valley will offer three-course dinner menus for a set price of $28 per person (excluding beverage, tax and tip).
